In 2025, the Cherkasy RDA attracted UAH 14.4 million under its projects and received UAH 10.2 million in charitable aid. Within the "Expert Support for the European Integration Course" and "Community Development Strategising 2025" initiatives, strategic documents were developed for 10 territorial communities, 80 partnership agreements were signed and two project offices were opened. Thanks to the "Reviving Opportunities: Veteran Initiatives and Business" and "Diia.Business" programmes, more than 190 consultations were provided, 73 business plans were prepared and a UAH 1.6 million grant was secured for a veteran. The international dimension was marked by membership in the ERRIN network, observer status in the CPMR and the presentation of the region at the URC2025 conference in Rome, while in the energy sector the "EEV Office" project was launched.

In 2024, the Cherkasy RDA attracted UAH 23.05 million to the region and provided strategic planning, moderation, grant support and investment consulting services to about 600 entrepreneurs. Within the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine and Diia.Business programmes, 30 grant applications were supported, which made it possible to attract UAH 15.95 million for business and create 64 new jobs. To support communities and IDPs, the projects "Cherkasy Region Unites: Advocacy for IDP Integration", "Strengthening the Resilience of Cherkasy Region Communities..." and "Institutional Development of the IDP Councils of Cherkasy Region" were implemented, and strategic documents were developed for 8 territories. Separate achievements were the launch of the "School of Grant Mastery for Veterans..." initiative, the creation of the safe "Perekhrestia" Public Space in Khrystynivka and the collection of more than UAH 3.3 million for electronic warfare and medical equipment through the "Place of unity" platform.

In 2023, the Cherkasy RDA held more than 100 meetings with communities and businesses, signed 52 memoranda of cooperation and selected 45 investment projects for translation into English. Within the grant support under the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine (CEP) and Diia.Vlasna Sprava programmes, 22 business projects were supported, attracting from $75,000 to $100,000 for local processing enterprises. Strategic documents and territorial passports were developed, and the Agency joined the cultural and tourism project "In the Footsteps of the Trypillian Foremother". The social and humanitarian areas covered the "Unity for Action" (IREX) initiative for the integration of IDPs, the provision of Wi-Fi routers to 154 educational institutions, and more than UAH 6.1 million was allocated from the charity account for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the restoration of the village of Ivanivka in Kherson region under the "Side by Side" reconstruction programme (of which UAH 2.77 million went directly to Ivanivka).

Implementation of the project initiated by UNDP to meet the needs of IDPs and support local businesses with a total budget of a nearly $30 000. For more than four months, the Cherkasy Regioal Development Agency together with the Cherkasy Regional Center for social services worked on the implementation of a project aimed at helping IDPs in the communities of Cherkasy region. In the course of cooperation, assistance was provided to 1,670 people, including 771 children. 19 communities – which is almost a third of the communities of the Cherkasy region were involved in the project.

Implementation of the regional partner project "Spilnodiya Cherkashchiny: Overcome COVID-19", which was initiated to form an effective counteraction to the spread of Covid-19 in Cherkasy region and respond to its consequences through cooperation between business, the authorities of the Cherkasy region and the public sector. As part of this project, more than 3 million UAH worth of equipment and PPE (personal protective equipment) were purchased and transferred to healthcare institutions.

Implementation of the partnership grant project "Launching of public workshops in 3 Communities of Cherkasy Region", which took place within the framework of the joint project of the Government of Sweden and UNDP in Ukraine "Enhanced Partnership for Sustainable Development", implemented with the financial support of the Government of Sweden, the MHP-Community Charitable Foundation and Cherkasy Regional Development Agency. The total budget of the project is UAH 1,140,000.
