On July 15, 2025, the first meeting of the Working Group on drafting the Development Strategy of Stebliv Territorial Community took place. The meeting was attended by Director of the Cherkasy Regional Development Agency Ilona Prykhodko and Regional Development Manager Yuliia Harkava, who are providing professional support to the community throughout the strategy preparation process.
The discussion was constructive and dynamic. Participants managed not only to outline key challenges but also to identify the potential, resources, and opportunities on which the community can build its successful future.
In an open and friendly dialogue, members of the Working Group formed a shared vision of what they want their community to become. Active participation, diverse opinions, and deep understanding of the local context have laid a solid foundation for further work on the strategy.
The Development Strategy is not just a document. It is a roadmap for the coming years that will help the community:

use its resources effectively;

attract investments and implement projects;

develop the local economy, education, healthcare, and infrastructure;

and most importantly, improve the quality of life of every resident.
This is only the beginning of extensive joint work, but already today we see a clear direction — towards growth and positive change.
