On June 24–25, Deputy Director of the Agency, Kateryna Shepel, visited Wrocław 🇵🇱 as part of the program “Supporting Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness of Ukrainian Regions – Continuation,” implemented with the support of Polish Aid.
Lower Silesia is a region characterized by strong technical education and a developed industrial sector, where most specialists work in services. It is also one of the leading regions in Poland in terms of innovation.
During the visit, participants toured the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Administration, attended a presentation about the region, and discussed experiences in developing smart specializations and fostering collaboration between science and industry.
Special attention was given to the Wrocław Technology Park (WTP), which supports startups from idea to success and develops innovative laboratories — from mechanical prototyping to biotechnology. This tech park serves as a true hub for high-tech solutions and the commercialization of scientific research.
Collaborative work and experience exchange will help Ukrainian communities strengthen their competitiveness and establish sustainable partnerships with international partners.
